Day 4 on the BANG..
A mega hilly session around the lanes of Carmarthen with the big man who is suffering from dodgy left pedal syndrome and also an acute case of skippy gears leading to bruised kahunas as a result of several sudden impacts with the top bar on the frame...ouch!
