SEA TO SKY AND BACK AGAIN

Sadly Dai Griffith will not be able to come with us due to a family bereavement but he will be ably deputised by Mike 'Fiver' Rowlands aka Rowlandakis who has flown over from Crete to join the team. Mike will be mainly sitting in the front of the support vehicle, drinking coffee, eating Welsh Cakes and listening to his ipod. He will also be the unofficial, official photographer of the trip.

Mike will not be hiking up Snowdon. Phil is worried that if he sits in the van for 5 hours he'll end up frozen solid like the Alpine Ice Man.
