Just back from a solo 30 miler to Llandeilo and back " on the bang" first time for a while and no Andy to hide behind into the headwind on return leg. "Why no Andy?" I hear you ask. Well he was last seen tucking into a freshly baked family size Boreki pie at 1am this morning after our gig at the Mariners in Laugharne. The pie is currently working it's way through the big mans colon and is expected to make an appearance later this afternoon...
